Established in 1984, the National Institute for Banking Education and Research (NIBER) is dedicated to strengthening the banking and cooperative financial sector through professional training, recruitment support, assessment and institutional advisory services.
NIBER works with District Central Cooperative Banks, Urban Cooperative Banks, Multi-State Cooperative Banks, Credit Societies and other financial institutions. Over the years, the Institute has conducted about 650 online and offline recruitment and internal promotion examinations and provided services to around 50 banking and cooperative institutions.
